My husband and I were moving to Savannah from out of town and were looking for a home to buy. We just so happened to find Mary Kathryn and are so thankful we did. She was truly a buyers agent and had our back through the whole process. Our lender had some faulty information (last minute) about the area that caused our monthly payment to increase by over $500 and MK was able to talk us all through the situation and get the lender to understand their mistake and our overall monthly payment did not actually increase. MK was always so happy to meet us and show us any home with a big smile and all of the information we could possibly want to know. I’d buy another house from her tomorrow if I didn’t love this one so much.
