Living in New Jersey my desire was to eventually move to Savannah. I decided to try to find a condo in the Historic Section where I could come down to Savannah when I could and begin my transition of eventually move here permanently. Within two weekend in three (very limited in time) of me flying down, Mary Kathryn, with great patience, managed to find my perfect place meeting all my requirements. Her honesty directed me away from a huge potential mistake. After only spend a short time I could easily tell she had my best interest in heart. Very personable, but a true pro. Just weeks later we closed and I couldn’t be more thrilled.David Gracie
